Onionhead® was developed by a mother-daughter team 15 years ago.
The mother, a counselor herself, conceived the idea and the daughter, being an artist and writer, birthed the character and the stories .
They used their some of their difficult life experiences and their loving relationship in the “face” of these difficulties as a basis for this character. He was and is a way for them to share their good fortune of having each other.
